Consumed by Oblivion

bcb723 Just a strong start here on Void Rot's debut EP. In the same vein of Blood Incantation and Anhedonist, these 3 songs would be only a small sample of what was to come. After listening to "Consumed by Oblivion" proceed directly to the Atavisma split and then the full length, face-melting "Descending Pillars," where some serious shit goes down. Favorite track: Celestial Plague.

Darknight Awesome doom metal with a twist of death metal thrown into the mix. Void Rot clearly know how to mix it up with those dark riffs. Looking forward to hearing more. Favorite track: Consumed by Oblivion.

Barnie Mac Necrotic doom is such a sick genre. If you dig that spectral voice/blood incantation sound this would be a great place to keep digging. Ready for the tape. Favorite track: Consumed by Oblivion.
Ancient Seed 05:32

Earth-shaking death-doom rupturing from the depths and deflagrating into the cosmos. Influenced by the glory days of slow moving death forged by legendary progenitors like Winter, Rippikoulu, and Disembowelment, on their debut MLP "Consumed by Oblivion" Minneapolis' Void Rot weave ancestral death metal and atmospheric doom into a dismal and soul-crushing deluge of riffs, to construct a sonic colossus of unseen enormity. An absolute must listen for fans of Spectral Voice, Anhedonist, Inverloch, Indesinence, Krypts etc.
